If the product differs as per your order, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on product purchased from our online store within 7 days of receiving your product. Items purchased online at coolbuy.in can now be exchanged or refunded subject to Terms and Conditions;

If you receive a wrong product, we request you to update returns status from the order panel or write us at email@example.com or fill contact us form within 7 days of receipt of your order. Our team will contact you within 5 working days of receipt of your complaint. You can choose to have refund/replacement of the product.
Any Product returning should be unused and should return with the original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
If the product doesnt met the specifications:

Physical damage to the product/box
Returned without product accessories
Serial Number is tampered.
Product can be replaced/re-ordered ( or )
The amount is credited into your CoolBuy account.
In case of self shipped returns or 3rd party shipment, an amount of upto Rs.100 will be reimbursed as in the form of coupon in to your account.
If you have received a damaged product or empty parcel or any item is missing, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the order.
Note: Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and also ensure a reliable & standard courier services.

2 Brand's policy shall apply for specific branded product. therefore, for defect, repair, exchange, refunds and cancellation of products shall bind the customer with the brand policies.
CoolBuy Return Process Flow
1. What is the maximum days to return the product?
CoolBuy offers a 7 day return guarantee for all the items.
However, for some products, the sale is a final sale, and the merchant does not accept any returns for products like healthcare, customized products, undergarments, lingerie, swimsuits etc and perishables like flowers, edible products due to health & hygiene reasons.
2. How to initiate a return?
Customers should initate in the order after logging into coolbuy.in in the "My Account" Section. Click the Order dropdown and select the Returns.
Select the corresponding cause of the returns with details and possibly with received product photographs.
3. How should I do packing of the product?
If your order is approved for returns, you will receive the packaging instructions and return address to your email.
4. Do I need to pay courier charges to return the product?
If CoolBuy arranges for pickup, you need not to pay anything. However if we asks to use the standard courier for returns, CoolBuy will add courier charges into your account in the form of promotional code as per terms & conditions.
5. How do i know if return product is delivered?
You will be mailed once the product is received. Your can check delivery status in the courier tracking website.
6. When will i get the replacement or refund?
We will initate a replacement or refund within 48 - 72 hours after receiving the product.
For refunds, the amount will be credited into your CoolBuy Account for further purchases or if you want to credit back to your bank account or card, you can initiate the process in MyAccount-> Funds area. After initiation it takes upto 2 weeks for the amount to be credited in your account.
For COD orders, we will transfer via NEFT once you added your bank details.
