CoolBuy Order Cycle

CoolBuy.in is integrated with online payments(Net Banking, Credit Cards).

1. Once the Payment is cleared from buyer you will receive a mail with the order details and payment information and shipping address and contact nos.

2. Seller to accept the Order and enter approximate shipment date.

3. Seller confirm Shipment no, Date of Delivery and Expected Delivery by date.

4. CoolBuy Clears the Payment to Seller in 5 working days after Change of Status to Shipment in the order/Shipment Confirmed.

5.CoolBuy Payment Schedule will run on every Monday and Thursday.

6. Receive Buyer feedback and update feedback will close the order.
